These pants are made from vintage Yukata textiles. Yukata are cotton Kimonos that are worn during summer. Vintage Yukata textile is dyed in the Honzomé method, a manual stencil and resist dye technique developed during the Meiji era.
The design features Nawa or hand twisted rope made from straw.
