If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch. Unworn items may be returned within seven days of receipt, for store credit (minus 10% restocking fee). Customers are responsible for return shipping to Japan. Orders may not be cancelled or altered. Custom orders, made to order items, and discounted items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for import duties and fees. If there is a failure to pay the customs fees, packages may be abandoned by the carrier. Refunds will not will be issued for customers who refuse delivery of their package. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, and making delivery arrangements with the courier. Refunds are not available for undeliverable items.
